Third Party Privacy Policies
Information We Collect and How We Use It
SimplyCredit collects certain information from and about its users three ways:
- Web Server Logs. When you visit our Site, we may track information to administer the site and analyze its usage. Examples of information we may track include your Internet protocol address; browser or computer you use; number of links you click within the site; state or country from which you accessed the site; date and time of your visit; name of your Internet service provider; web page you linked to our site from; pages you viewed on the site.
- Browser Cookies.
- Personal Information.
We collect personal information such as Social Security, credit card and bank account numbers at the time of registration. We may share this information with the credit bureaus or our service providers to verify your identity and provide our Service. We may use third party service providers that help us to either make payments or obtain account information needed to enroll, manage, and pay your credit and department store cards or bank accounts. Beyond these necessary providers, we do not release any type of personally identifiable information out to anyone, except if required by law. We will not disclose your email id to third parties without your permission except to the extent necessary including to protect ourselves from liability, or to respond to legal process or comply with law.
We require some information from you to run our service. Our servers track how you use the Site so that your experience can be customized and made more seamless.
Security of Your Information
Your SimplyCredit account information is tied to you through a username and password for security and privacy. Protect yourself from unauthorized access to your account by securely logging off from your account when you are done using the Site. Your information is encrypted and stored securely behind strict firewalls with limited and monitored access points. Only employees who require access to your information to perform their job (for example, customer service representatives) shall be granted temporary access to your information. All employees who have access to customer information are kept up to date about our security and privacy practices.
Your account is protected by a password. We keep it safe, and so should you. In general, no one besides you has access to your account. If you ever need help, an employee may obtain access to your account but only in limited ways.
